It is always recommended to use a one-handed weapon with an Anti-Dragon Shield (or a Dragonfire Shield) and a high enough prayer to use Protect Melee. You must be 1st Prestige if you are on a Legend game mode or 2nd Prestige if you are on a Lord game mode.
